  Well let me start off by saying that I had to walk thru cigarette smoking T-mobile employee to get inside. She followed me in asking graciously, "what are you looking for baby." I look over and some guy is video chatting away and cussing (mind you she was outside smoking and these are the only two in the store besides me). I tell her I'm looking to change providers and I'm interested in understanding what T-mobile offers. She's replies, "man:we sell phones like everyone else, can you pass the credit check or are you going pre-paid." I'm trying to not only wrap my head around her attitude but she smells like old stale smoke.. I'm not trying to bash anyone but just present a realistic picture.. I simply excused myself and left.. That was seriously the worst experience ever at any wireless store I've been too.

  I would love to thank "Sheonna & Raymond for being in the understanding mood with me on 23 July 2017, Sunday for resolving a dilemma and preventing matters to escalate. I am very appreciative of how matters was conducted. Most of all I am thanking everyone on duty this day!
