  The boots we purchased are great, the owner Mark Owens is very friendly, we were treated like friends not just a sell. His customer service is the reason that we will continue to do business here. Working at Plant Vogtle its very difficult to get GOOD QUALITY required boots and attire. Its great to know that our needs are a continuous concern of a business.

  Ordered Thoroughgood Boots on July 1st 2015 and here it is today 07/28/2015 the boots i need for work are still not in. I paid $195.00 for these boots and will never shop at pipeline again. I will be requesting my refund today and will never be back. Every pair of boots i have bought from pipeline have messed up within a month. I bought 1 pair and the sole came undone from the leather upper in 1 hour the second pair the heel fell apart on both boots within a month. So i figured i would try some high top boots and a month later still no boots. If i could give lower than 1 start i would. Pipeline has cost me money at my job by not having my boots at the original date of 07/16/2015 as they stated
