They call and claim they'll be there no later than 0830 and 10am rolls around when I finally get a call that they'll be there in 30 mins. They might show up 45min to an hour later. They overcharge for the "service" and wind up forcing someone who works night to stay up way to long into their sleep time even though I have had this conversation with them multiple times since I started with them. Absolutely ridiculous.
