  The lady that handled my order was extremely unprofessional and was the most stressful part of our wedding. I went in as a person who has never rented a tux before and if I ever wear one again, it won't be rented through Men's Wearhouse. Every legitimate question I had concerning sizes or schedule was met with her rolling her eyes or giving me a look like I was stupid. I walked in with a size 42 waist and she ordered a 46. I told her that is way too big and she said noooo that's how it's supposed to look. She messed up the orders for the best men and the father's of the bride. I finally got the right pant size a day before the event and everything looked "okay". She wears her attitude on her face and, as someone who has worked in customer service for 7+ years, was the worst interaction I have ever seen. The fact that she has a job amazes me and if this is the level of service expected from Men's Wearhouse they should be out of business soon. Everyone else in the store were helpfull and very professional. I just had to go in when she wasn't there to get the order corrected and service that was acceptable.

  The professionalism of the management staff was outstanding today. I didn’t mean to be noisy but it was difficult to walk away from a customer being so rude to a manager. I assume it was the bride who was angry about colors not matching perfectly. The manager gave every option possible only to have to deal with the bride not answering her questions. The young lady continued to be professional and made several more attempts to engage. I hope something positive came out of the attempts.

  Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. Eric Sherry took the time to educate me on everything I needed, even the items I didn’t plan on buy it from them. In the end I purchased 2 suits and am very happy with their service! Thanks Eric!
