  I wish I didn’t have to give a star, but since I have to I will only give one star The experience I had with this company was horrible. Ill start from the beginning, day 1 a guy came by to prep, at the end of prep I asked him what time he would be back the next day, he couldn’t answer he told me I needed to call Riah. I call Riah only to find out my materials weren’t delivered and he had to find out where they were. A few days later my materials were delivered. The day after the materials got in a different guy shows up to my house to continue the project. I asked him how long he would take, he said about 7-10 days. I was told by Riah, during the consultation, this job would take 5 days. At this point Im already 5 days into the project. I was informed my drawers were being built and wouldnt be ready for another 3 days. As the days pass and the project is slowly moving along, Im noticing little defects in the trim work that I have to point out and get corrected. Im just not impressed, Im thinking I couldve done a better job myself. Ten days into a different guy bring my drawers to the house and they don’t feel smooth like I would expect a wood drawer to feel. I rubbed my hand throughout the drawer and it was rough and felt like I was gonna get a splinter, like they had put no lacre on it. I had to keep sending it back to be made more smooth while they were trying to convince me that this is how its supposed to feel. After 3 times of me sending it back, they finally got it right. With all that, they measured a set of my cabinets wrong and had to reorder the rights cabinets. I was told they put a rush on the order and it would only be a few days...3 weeks later, after emailing and calling to find out what the hold up was, I finally got a call from yet a different guy to tell me my cabinets made it. My project is finally done after 34 days. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone it was an unpleasant experience, I was not impressed with the work and Im disappointed that I spent my money on this company. Riah was unprofessional, he had all these different guys showing up to my house throughout the project, without even a phone call or heads up. He didnt update me on any changes and he rarely answered my calls or emails. It was just not worth it with all I went through.
