  If you like bad service, broken promises and bad management then this is the right place for you. Not only will they lie to your face, but the quality of service is one of the worst I have seen. The games they call new are almost always opened by staff since they need a box or two of the same game for display. Do keep in mind that new means no one has played those games ha what a laugh. Try returning a "new" game and see what happens.
