  Tried to return a pair of shoes that were worn only in store and in my house. I had them less than 24 hours. I didn't notice the problem with the right shoe until I was walking around in the house. So I can't return shoes to the store because I "wore them outside the store" but I can return them through the manufacturer? That's messed up and poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store AND I will warn people of this kind of service. It is ridiculous (and the customer service rep said the SAME THING). And who let's you try on only one shoe at a time? wtf

  They let you try on one shoe and take the other shoe as if you're gonna run off with them. That's so unprofessional I don't like that at all! How am I supposed to know if I'm comfortable in the shoes if I can only put on one? Pathetic! I ended up not buying the shoe from them and bought the same ones from finish line!
