  We have had nothing but good experiences. Anytime I call, they are here within a few days. I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians that come to service our home. Cj and Shane are wonderful. Great customer service from them both. Would highly recommend this company!

  I just need to let people know that if you have crawl space, you need to specify to them to treat in that area as well as around the house. I needed termite service and they only put traps on the outside of the house. I figured they would put traps where ever termites can get in. A year later I have termites in the crawl space! They told me that I had to specify for them to treat in the crawl space as well at the time that I requested service. Really?! How am I supposed to know that?! Needless to say, they did not make it right!
