  I went in to look at and possibly buy a aftermarket backup camera for a truck. There were no blue shirts nearby, so I went and found an employee who I asked to send someone to help me with my questions. Nobody came. After about 10 more minutes, I went and found another employee and asked that one to please send someone to help me. Again, no one came, so I walked out. I told the employee that was standing by the door as I was leaving. This trip was a total waste of my time. I will be taking my business elsewhere...

  Employees and managers all deserve 5 stars each. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The Geek squad used to be very helpful, But now it's all about making an appointment and that's so sad things stop working or not working right. Somethings cannot wait for a couple of days.
